Job Description
Summary:
As a Business Architect in the Business & Technology Integration team, you will be responsible for defining opportunities to create tangible business value for the client. Your typical day will involve leading current state assessments, identifying high-level customer requirements, and developing business solutions and structures to achieve the vision.
Primary Skill: SAP Success Factors Employee Central Time Off
Must have and Good to have skills: Project Experience in EC Time off Configuration
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead current state assessments to identify opportunities for creating business value.
- Define high-level customer requirements and develop business solutions.
- Structure the necessary frameworks to realize identified opportunities.
- Develop business cases to achieve the vision.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for proposed solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP Success Factors Employee Central Time Off.
- Strong understanding of business architecture principles and methodologies.
- Experience in conducting current state assessments and identifying business opportunities.
- Proficiency in English Language.
- Experience in developing business cases and presenting them to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to collaborate and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Success Factors Employee Central Time Off.
- This position is based in Manila.
