Job Description:

• Lead the customer success team to meet or exceed performance goals, including customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling targets.
• Successfully manage and nurture relationships with key customer accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four (4) years course
• With 5 years of relevant experience in the field
