Job description:
1. Responsible for game experience and report output.
2. Responsible for answering players' questions in the game, providing patient guidance and keeping a record of the problems.
3. Communicate and confirm with other departments about the problems players encounter in the game, and assist in following up to solve the problems.
4. Take customer satisfaction as the goal and actively handle customer problems, including complaints.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors on time.
6. Daily game observation to ensure timely output and feedback of problems.
Job requirements:
1. Work conscientiously and responsibly, with strong communication skills and the ability to work hard.
2. Love and understand mobile games, and love local board games (tongits\ pusoy\ texas);
3. Familiar with OFFICE work software and skilled in typing;
4. Proficient in English and Philippines;
5. Mandarin Speaking is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
