Cashier/Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Cashier Duties:
- Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Maintain an organized cash drawer, prepare daily reconciliations, and handle deposits.
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, and change accurately.
- Ensure compliance with cash handling policies and procedures.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring materials are stocked and readily available.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events as required.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports, invoices, and documentation.
- Ensure all cash handling, documentation, and administrative processes follow company guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular audits of cash and financial records, flagging any discrepancies for management review.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and adhere to data security practices.
- Interact professionally with vendors and clients, managing payment inquiries and transaction issues.
- Assist with the processing and documentation of vendor invoices
- Act as a point of contact for payment-related queries from internal departments and external contacts.
- Support other departments as needed with clerical and operational tasks.
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
