Cashier/Admin Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier/Admin to join our team. In this dual role, you will manage cashiering duties with accuracy and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. You’ll play a vital role in delivering excellent in maintaining organized records, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
  • Cashier Duties:
  • Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately while ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Maintain an organized cash drawer, prepare daily reconciliations, and handle deposits.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits, and change accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring materials are stocked and readily available.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events as required.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports, invoices, and documentation.
Compliance and Policy Adhere
  • Ensure all cash handling, documentation, and administrative processes follow company guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of cash and financial records, flagging any discrepancies for management review.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and adhere to data security practices.
Customer and Vendor Relation
  • Interact professionally with vendors and clients, managing payment inquiries and transaction issues.
  • Assist with the processing and documentation of vendor invoices
  • Act as a point of contact for payment-related queries from internal departments and external contacts.
  • Support other departments as needed with clerical and operational tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
