General Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive General Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, BIR Compliance, and supporting financial reporting activities. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance BIR tax regulations and filing requirements.
- Support the year-end audit process by providing necessary documentation.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget.
- Assist in the implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Handle other accounting duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a General Accountant or similar role.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPA certification is a plus.
- Experience in F&B and trade is an advantage.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
