QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any Business related course
• With one (1) year experience in General Cashier is required to this position
• With analytical and detailed-oriented skills
• Proficient in MS Office Software, Customer Relationship Management and Property Management System
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to think and act independently.
• Can work with a minimal supervision
• Has an extreme attention to details and accuracy with numbers and cash handling.

Job Summary
General Cashier is a vital position in accounting department that provides support to all outlets (Hotel, Restaurant & Bakeshop) in their daily cash and revenue needs. This position is responsible for the cash handling for the hotel/ restaurant/ bakeshop and maintaining accurate control of each outlet's cash funds.
Responsibilities and Duties

• Collect all cash / cheque collections of the hotel, Atrium and Outlook from Front Office drop safe on daily basis and ensure all sales collections are deposited in hotel bank account in accordance with the policies and procedures laid down by the hotel.
• Processing petty cash disbursement and accounts payables
• Assists in processing invoices as needed, including obtaining approvals from department heads on invoices to be paid, reconciling discrepancies with suppliers matching and filing invoices and paperwork.
• Reconciling statements and invoices
• Releasing of check payments to suppliers
• Other bank transactions and bills payment
• Control funds.
• Prepare General Cashier's daily report.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
