We are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to join our team as the General Manager.
Job Summary:
The General Manager will play a pivotal role in leading Next Gen towards achieving its mission and vision. He/She will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's operations, including strategic planning, program management, fundraising, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.
The General Manager will work closely with the Board of Directors and collaborate with various partners and stakeholders to drive the organization's impact and growth.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement the organization's strategic plan in alignment with its mission and vision.

• Provide visionary leadership to the team, ensuring that all activities contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.

2. Program Management:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of integrated and sustainable programs addressing education, infrastructure, tourism, employment, healthcare, agriculture, environment, relief operations, and climate change.

• Monitor program outcomes, assess impact, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

3. Fundraising and Resource Mobilization:

• Identify and pursue funding opportunities from donors, government agencies, and other sources to support the organization's initiatives.

• Build and maintain relationships with potential donors and partners.

4. Financial Management:

• Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring prudent financial practicesand accountability.

• Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Cultivate strong relationships with government agencies, NGOs, community leaders, and other stakeholders.

• Advocate for policy changes and collaborate with partners to address critical issues.

6. Team Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and accountability.

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for staff.

• Reporting and Communication:

• Prepare regular reports for the Board of Directors, donors, and stakeholders,

highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

• Ensure transparent and effective communication both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., non-profit management, public administration, business administration).

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles within the NGO or foundation sector, preferably in a managerial capacity.

• Strong understanding of the socio-economic and environmental challenges facing the Philippines.

• Demonstrated success in program development, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.

• Ability to think strategically, innovate, and adapt to a changing landscape.

• Passion for and commitment to the organization's mission and values.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
