NV Group (BPO Company) is a Financial & Legal Services Group with offices in Pasig, Manila, Sydney & Melbourne, Australia and Auckland, New Zealand. NVG offers credit management, debt collection and legal services to companies such as AGL, Telstra, EA and more.
Role:
The HR Admin Officer will perform various Human Resources and Office Administration functions.
Performance Management:
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

The HR Admin Officer will perform various Human Resources and Office Administration functions.
Performance Management:
- Monitors employee performance evaluation.
- Accurate and timely processing of employee movements including but not limited to regularization, promotions and transfers for all levels.
- Prepares and serves Notice to Explain and Notice of Disciplinary Action.
- Ensure labor/disciplinary cases are carried out timely and in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements and guidelines.
- Responsible for off boarding - conducts exit interviews and process separation & clearances.
- Maintain documents that reflect organization structure, personnel and company policies.
- Keep track with the changes in labour laws in the Philippines regarding employment practices.
- Release announcements on new updates from DOLE, SSS, PHIC, HDMF and related agencies.
- Prepare and monitor budgets for programs and activities such as Team Buildings & Year End Party.
- Develops, promotes and facilitates employee recognition programs.
- Plans, executes and evaluates staff engagement activities.
- Ensures that all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
- Ensures the Company meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting.
- Stand as Health Safety Officer and First Aider.
- Graduate of Human Resource Development Management/Human Resource Management or Psychology.
- With at least 3-5 years of work experience in the Human Resources field preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippines labor laws, regulations and HR best practices.
- Has solid background in handling employee discipline, and formal labor cases escalated to SENA or NLRC.
- Familiarity with HRIS.
- Excellent Communication Skill, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in MS Office and Online applications.
- Ability to multi-task, keen on details and goal oriented.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Able to perform task with very minimal supervision.
- Can start immediately.
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
