1. Receive visiting guests and carry out registration and introduction work; answer visiting phone calls and transfer them when needed;
2. Manage the purchase, requisition, and recycling of office supplies, and complete monthly registration and quarterly inventory work; The procurement, warehousing, distribution, and timely registration of commonly used drugs and other low value office supplies; Company fixed asset management, company key management;
3. Office drinking water ordering and review of settlement and payment requests;
4. Booking and approval of various ticketing services for the company, and management of business card production and distribution;
5. Conference room management and service, reasonable coordination of departmental usage time for conference rooms
6. Monthly administrative expense reimbursement and payment request work, administrative report summary.
Job Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, with a good image and temperament;
2. Strong sense of responsibility, service awareness, outgoing and lively
3. Good writing skills, proficient in using office software such as Word, Power Point, Excel, etc;
