Job Summary
The successful candidate will be helping the HR/Admin Officer on daily office administration and human resource management.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Graduate of management, accounting, psychology or any related courses.
2. At least 1-2 years solid experience experience as HR and office administrator.
3. Experience in HR management, sourcing, employee on-boarding and culture building.
4. Experience in office administration, policy creation and implementation.
5. Must be honest, loyal, can handle confidential information and emotionally mature individual to handle disciplinary action implementation.
6. Experience in purchasing, logistics, inventory and permits processing is a plus
7. Multi-tasker and keen to details
8. Can work with minimal supervision and with excellent leadership and documentation skills.
9. Has good communication skills both oral and written
10. Willing to work in Paranaque Area
