HR and Admin Staff

The HR and admin staff shall perform a variety of personnel-related tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and payroll assistance. He/she will also provide administrative tasks for the company and act as the primary liaison between the department and other employees.
Responsibilities
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, both in-person and via phone/video calls, to assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the offer process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct background checks and verify employment references.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and other necessary documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to executives and department heads, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Support pre-operational requirements of the company
  • Perform several administrative task essential for facility operation
Qualification
1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource or any related field;
2. At least 2 years’ experience in handling Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relation and Engagement, and Training and Organizational Development;
3. Deep understanding of Philippine Labor Law;
4. Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills;
5. Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning skills;
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
7. Proficient in MS Office;
8. Keen to details.
