The Human Resource & Admin Assistant will assist in running the daily branch functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, and Safety.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource and administrative programs including but not limited to recruitment, timekeeping, occupational health and safety and general office management.
- Responsible for the timely compliance with government regulations.
- Assisting on the administration of the specific General Admin Services of the company: Fixed Asset Management, Housekeeping/Sanitation, Reception and Courier, Vehicle Management and Building Maintenance. Ensures that these are all properly executed as per the general services strategic plans/goals/process standards.
- Ensures that the facilities are equipped with the supplies and services needed; maintains good condition of the offices and arrange for any repairs and damage, if necessary.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Prepares budget and expense of Sales representatives
- Follow up pending receivables of SR's sales and prospects
- Prepares complete government bidding documents before the deadline
- Facilitates the renewal of permits, licenses, certificates and other related documents and ensures its validity for government registration
- Practices proper documentation through systematic filing, safekeeping and preparation of all pertinent documents
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
