Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of AB/BS Psychology, Human Resource Development/Management, or any related courses
• With experience in Human Resource is a plus
• Dynamic, honest, strong work ethics, multi-tasker, trustworthy
• Can do fieldwork on occasional basis
• Must be able to keep confidential information
• Must be passionate in Human Resource
• Must be willing to go on field work

Job Description:

• assist in the orientation of new employees
• assist in accommodating applicants
• assist in recruitment, timekeeping and payroll
• updating of HR 201 files, HR Masterlist and other HR reports
• administer day-to-day human resource activities including employee concerns and HR queries
• assist in the implementation of HR policies
• assist in onboarding and offboarding
• assist in organizing the training activities and other HR related program and activities
• assist in Performance Evaluation

Other Tasks:

• company vehicle monitoring, renew insurances and LTO renewal
• booking of hotel accommodation, boat and plane ticket
• making of any business correspondence
• assist in checking the Meals and RF Allowance
• assist in processing employee benefits and payment of bills like LILO Facial Biometrics, Petron Fleet Card, Phoenix, Maxicare, Manulife, Etc.
• other tasks as instructed by the Immediate Superior
