  • manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Review job requirements and ensure that recruitment, hiring and selection are being followed to ensure suitable candidates fill the open position within agreed timeframe.
  • Setting the required appraisal to measure the employee performance.
  • Overseeing and managing the performance evaluation to drive high performance.
  • Support the current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • To design, update and maintain company policies and procedures and organization structure of the company. Ensure a complete and updated job description is available.
  • Promotes happy and productive workplace by creating a culture that nurture a positive working environment.
  • Ensure an updated company rules and regulations and monitor implementation and compliance of company policies.
  • Maintain, update and design pay plan and equal benefits program for all employee of the organization.
  • To review and evaluate salaries and wages periodically, recommend adjustment if the need arise.
  • Assess the training needs to apply, monitor and evaluate the fulfillment of the training programs' objectives.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout the human resource management.
  • Administer the filing system to keep all records updated and organized as possible.
  • Review, negotiate and administer service contracts and agreements in accordance with company requirements.
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology or any related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a HR-related field under managerial level.
  • Abreast with Philippine Labor legislations
  • Must have technical skills in documentation.
  • Must have previous experience in training and mentoring
  • Knowledge in contract services and local government requirements
  • Good leadership skills, capable of managing and leading a team
  • Good in data analytics, analytical and detail oriented
  • Good in self and group organizing skills, time management, decision making skills
  • Proficient in basic computer software applications.
