HR Assistant - Payroll

About the Role:
I. Payroll Management
  • Prepare salaries and benefits reports promptly and ensure that appropriate deductions have been made, if any.
  • Verify pay amounts, work hours, overtime pay, etc.
  • Prepare bi-monthly pay slips and facilitate distribution.
  • Log in and distribute paychecks.
  • Prepare and remit source deductions and payroll tax.
  • Review timesheets and timecards.
  • Computes total time worked by employees.
Qualifications:
  • Preferably with experience in payroll and timekeeping
  • Can work immediately.
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
  • Main office is located in Brgy. Manresa, QC
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
Education:
  • Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
  • Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • English (Preferred)
