- Facilitates new hire onboard process – From pre-screening to assignment of employee to respective department
- Works together with other Department Heads to understand skills and competencies required for job openings
- Processes documentation requirements of employees for mandated benefits such as certification for SSS, Phil Health and PAG-IBIG, and ensures that all benefits/salaries are in accordance with government rules and regulations
- Maintains the Organizational structure and updates job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Performs tasks to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to: compensation, statutory benefits, and leaves; performance and talent management; productivity, training and development; and health and safety practices
- Accountable for maintaining employee records and for HR reporting (headcount report, training records, processing of clearances and annual reports, disciplinary tracking and performance evaluations).
- Maintains the existing HRIS of the company
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 3-4 years of human resource experience preferred
- Knowledge in Philippine Labor Law and Payroll regulations and computations
- Familiarity in processing and complying statutory benefits and Timekeeping is highly preferred
- Basic knowledge on the different facets of HR especially on Recruitment, Timekeeping, Benefits and Labor Laws is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work well across many teams as well as take initiative to get tasks done while upholding integrity and confidentiality
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
