Job Overview:
The HR Business Partner Officer is a strategic partner to the business, working closely with senior leadership and managers to align HR practices with organizational objectives. This role is responsible for driving key HR initiatives, developing and implementing HR strategies, and supporting the overall employee experience to foster a productive, high-performing culture. This role combines HR expertise with business acumen, acting as a trusted advisor to department heads and leadership teams to optimize talent, improve organizational effectiveness, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
  • Partner with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Advise and support business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Act as a change agent, leading or supporting organizational development initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on employee engagement, performance management, and retention strategies.
Employee Relations:
  • Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related issues and concerns.
  • Provide coaching and counseling on performance management, conflict resolution, and career development.
  • Resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases and facilitate conflict resolution.
Talent Management & Development:
  • Support the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify skills gaps and drive learning and development initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on succession planning and leadership development programs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization.
Performance Management:
  • Lead the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes.
  • Work with managers to address performance issues and create action plans for improvement.
  • Promote a culture of accountability and high performance.
Workforce Planning and Analytics:
  • Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize talent management strategies.
  • Ensure effective succession planning and talent pipeline development.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Advise on compensation and benefits strategies to ensure competitiveness and equity within the market.
  • Partner with the compensation team to support salary reviews, incentive programs, and other reward initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation laws and company policies.
Employee Experience:
  • Champion a positive and inclusive organizational culture that supports employee engagement and well-being.
  • Lead or support initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies across the business.
Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with legal teams to address any potential legal or compliance concerns.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in HR software, Google Suite and MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
