Specific Job title/Position: VP, HRBP Philippines Country Leader - Philippines

• Graduate of Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Willing to work ON-SITE in Alabang/ Cebu (Only required to report on site once a month)
• Amenable to work on a Nightshift schedule : 8PM - 5AM (that is 8 AM EST – 5 PM EST)
• At least 8-10 years in a HR (Required: HR Business Partner) strategic leadership role in the Philippines and handled 4000 - 5000 employees
• Current role: VP Level
• HR BP experience focusing on employee relations and strategic HR.
• Extensive experience in HR Business partnering
• Thorough knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational success.
• Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing HR programs that align with business objectives.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high-performance levels.
• Proven ability to navigate complex HR challenges and provide innovative solutions

This role will play a pivotal role in driving HR strategies, policies, and initiatives within the organization's operations in the Philippines. You will be responsible for strategic and tactical HR leadership across all functions in the Philippines.; designing and implementing HR programs that contribute to the achievement of business objectives.
