Duties and Responsibilities:

• Partner with the HR Head and Executive Office to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that align with the strategic growth of the business.
• Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution, providing HR expertise in areas such as feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
• Educate, coach, and support supervisors and managers on performance management, employee development, and effective HR practices to achieve company objectives.
• Provide timely information and education on HR issues to all levels of the organization, ensuring awareness of policies and HR best practices.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and improve HR programs, including recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development, enhancing employee engagement and retention.
• Champion a culture of excellence by partnering with HR and senior leadership to promote an environment where employees feel engaged, valued, and inspired to achieve top business results.
• Develop and implement people strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and boost employee satisfaction, using diagnostic tools and HR data insights to improve outcomes.
• Educate team members on compensation practices, including performance feedback, calibration, and career transitions, promoting transparency and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of HR experience in roles such as HR Generalist, or similar, ideally with experience as a Business Partner.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and other productivity tools for reporting and presentations.
