HR GENERALIST

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Cebu City. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in managing various human resource functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the overall HR strategy of the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in a call center environment and a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, providing guidance on policies and procedures.
- Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance management systems, including setting objectives and conducting performance reviews.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing and timekeeping.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
- HR Policies: Update and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment success, and employee engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving abilities to address employee concerns effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
