<Job Description>
As a HR Manager at bty DSO Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring the success of our mission. This includes employee relations, performance management, compensation analysis, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. We are looking for a candidate who embodies the highest levels of integrity and possesses a genuine passion for motivating individuals in alignment with our company's purpose and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Strategy: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organization's business objectives, with a strong understanding of U.S. HR practices.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts for a variety of roles, from customer service representatives to specialized BPO positions, incorporating U.S. HR standards as needed.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and fostering a positive workplace culture, while considering U.S. HR principles.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and compliance with local labor laws and U.S. HR regulations where applicable.
  • Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance employees' skills, performance, and career growth within the BPO industry, incorporating U.S. HR best practices where relevant.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, industry-specific regulations, and U.S. HR standards, maintaining accurate records and reporting as required.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an equitable and welcoming workplace, in alignment with U.S. HR diversity practices.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and oversee employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention rates, following U.S. HR engagement strategies.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Establish and maintain HR policies and procedures that reflect both global company standards, BPO industry best practices, and U.S. HR guidelines.
<Qualifications>
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager with in-depth knowledge of industry-specific HR practices and U.S. HR regulations for 10 years .
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to the fast-paced nature of the BPO sector.
