Key Responsibilities:
- Policy Development: Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies and procedures in alignment with DOLE and the Philippines Labor Code.
- Advisory Role: Advise management on employment law and regulatory compliance matters to mitigate risks and ensure best practices.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations by providing guidance on disciplinary and grievance issues; foster a culture of open communication and respect.
- Contract Management: Review and update employee contracts, policies, and procedures to reflect current legal standards and company objectives.
- Investigations: Conduct employee investigations into complaints or conflicts and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
- Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews to attract top talent.
- Training Programs: Develop and deliver HR training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, promoting continuous development.
- Payroll and Benefits: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits, and other HR-related activities, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate HR records and documentation to ensure compliance and support decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Specialist or Manager with extensive knowledge of DOLE regulations and the Philippines Labor Code.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex legal requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, and HR compliance.
- Capacity to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus; familiarity with Sprout HR is also advantageous.
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
