About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to join our team at SINIAN INT'L CORPORATION in Bulacan Central Luzon. This full-time role will play a pivotal part in shaping the HR function and supporting the overall business objectives of our growing organization.
What you'll be doing

• Developing, implementing, and continuously improving HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the business
• Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Leading and managing the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services
• Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
• Driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and development
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Collaborating with other departments to align HR strategies with overall business goals

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in a generalist HR role, preferably within a construction firm
• Strong working knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and people management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of HR professionals
• Sound business acumen and strategic mindset to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives
• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or business-related field
