Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
  • Recruitment and selection: Posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Employee relations: Addressing employee concerns, managing performance reviews, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • HR policies and procedures: Developing and maintaining HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing employee records.
  • Benefits administration: Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off.
Administrative:
  • Office management: Assist in overseeing office operations, maintaining supplies, and coordinating office events.
  • Data entry and record keeping: Accurately maintaining employee and company records.
  • Travel arrangements: Booking travel and accommodations for employees as needed.
  • General administration: Providing administrative support to the management team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • With 2 - 3 years of experience in a Human Resources or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
  • Willing to work in Lipa, Batangas (reporting onsite)
  • Willing to work from Monday to Friday - 8AM to 6:30PM
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Fixed shift
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
Experience:
  • HR and Admin role: 2 years (Required)
