Full-time Project-based Position
Responsibilities:
Technical:
● Oversee and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects.
● Review and interpret technical designs and drawings, ensuring accuracy and
adherence.
● Undertake surveys, set out sites, and prepare cost estimates.
● Liaise with contractors and subcontractors regarding technical specifications,
materials, and methodologies.
● Provide expert technical advice and solve problems on site proactively.
● Ensure adherence to all health and safety and sustainability policies and
legislation.
● Conduct quality assurance checks and provide feedback to the team.
Management:
● Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction activities within assigned project
packages.
● Delegate tasks effectively to ensure team productivity and project timelines are
met.
● Supervise contracted staff and oversee construction work to ensure quality and
compliance.
● Manage project budgets and ensure availability and efficient use of resources.
● Prepare site reports, track progress, and compile data for reporting and
presentations.
● Schedule meetings and training sessions as needed.
Communication:
● Maintain open and effective communication with clients, subcontractors,
architects, quantity surveyors, project managers, and other stakeholders.
● Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure the best deals.
● Clearly communicate any work schedule adjustments to crew members and
clients.
● Deliver informative presentations to relevant stakeholders.
Other:
● Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and suggest innovative
solutions.
● Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working under pressure.
● Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving
skills.
Qualification:
● Can drive
● Can work at Laguna, Batangas, and Metro Manila
● Licensed and registered Civil Engineer
● Proficient in AUTOCAD (2D and 3D)
● Minimum 2 years of construction (housing) industry experience
● Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
● Ability to prepare clear, concise, and factual reports
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy
● Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others
● Working knowledge of various disciplines related to construction (architectural,
structural, etc.)
● Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
● Initiative and ability to work independently
● Willingness to work overtime required
Desirable Qualification:
● has COSH Certificate
● has experience in project management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay
