JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitors, organizes and files the MRF.
• Will manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Possess, monitors and activates all job vacancies of all recruitment channels
• Sources and schedules potential applicants.
• Conducts initial interview and other selection procedure including endorsement to hiring manager.
• Facilitates job offer and monitors completion of pre - employment requirements.
• Facilitates the New Employees Orientations (NEO).
• Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Preparation of 201 Files.
• May work for long hours and required to do field work.
• Carry out any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the management.

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in a program of study related to Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational
• Psychology, Associate’s Degree or a combination of education and experience
• At least 2 years’ experience in the same role
• Knowledgeable in end to end process of recruitment.
• Able to multi-task and can adapt to a fast-paced working environment and can meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
• Above average communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates’ skills, experiences, and qualifications effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
