- Monitors, organizes and files the MRF.
- Will manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Possess, monitors and activates all job vacancies of all recruitment channels
- Sources and schedules potential applicants.
- Conducts initial interview and other selection procedure including endorsement to hiring manager.
- Facilitates job offer and monitors completion of pre - employment requirements.
- Facilitates the New Employees Orientations (NEO).
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Preparation of 201 Files.
- May work for long hours and required to do field work.
- Carry out any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the management.
- CAN START ASAP
- Degree in a program of study related to Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational
- Psychology, Associate’s Degree or a combination of education and experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in the same role
- Knowledgeable in end to end process of recruitment.
- Able to multi-task and can adapt to a fast-paced working environment and can meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
- Above average communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates’ skills, experiences, and qualifications effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Bachelor's (Required)
- Recruiting: 2 years (Required)
- Psychology /related degree (Required)
