HR Specialist (Compensation)

Effectively implements and coordinates HRD functions involving Timekeeping, Compensation and Benefits programs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Employee Records
1. Coordinates with Recruitment Team for newly hired employee’s information
2. Maintain the accuracy and update employee database together with the Recruitment Officer and HRIS.
B. Compensation and Benefits Management
1. Administer timekeeping in a bi-monthly cut off for ACCESS-TB Project using Company’s payroll system
2. Ensures that payroll disputes and overtime were properly addressed and reported.
3. Prepares final pay computation of separated employees in accordance with the mandated timeline.
4. Timely reporting of employees for enrollment and deletion from Insurance and HMO providers.
5. Process SSS and Pag-Ibig benefit request, claims, reimbursement
6. Acts as representative to government offices as needed.
C. Management-Staff Relations and Communications
1. Assists in representing PBSP in activities pertinent to human resources development and/or area of expertise.
2. Prepares logistics, conducts, and prepares minutes during the General Staff Meeting.
3. Updates Bulletin Board and updates of memos for general circulation.
D. Others
1. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor and/or management
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES
Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Psychology, Human Resources Management
Experience: At least 1-2 years’ related work experience in any similar organization
Other / Special Skills: Computer literate, good oral and written communication skills; good interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php27,000.00 per month
