Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in human resources, particularly in handling US clients. Additionally, they should possess strong skills in client acquisition and collaboration to promote our services effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate as the primary point of contact for US-based clients and for questions pertaining to HR.
- Work together with the HR department to create and put into action efficient client acquisition and retention strategies.
- To find possible customers and joint venture opportunities, do market research and analysis.
- Create and preserve a solid rapport with current customers to guarantee high levels of engagement and pleasure.
- Make use of a variety of platforms and channels to advertise our services and draw in new customers.
- Arrange and take part in presentations, negotiations, and client meetings.
- Ongoing reporting and updates on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention should be given.
- To guarantee compliance and efficacy, stay up to date on HR best practices, laws, and industry developments.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline.
- At least 1 year of expertise in human resources, mostly working with US clients.
- Strong familiarity with HR rules, procedures, and principles.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to establish rapport and trust with clients.
- A track record of success in teamwork, connection building, and customer acquisition.
- Outstanding time-management and organizing abilities, including the capacity to set and accomplish priorities.
- Proficiency with a range of applications and tools for communication and client management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Capacity to function both alone and collaboratively in a hectic setting.
- Must have a computer/laptop set-up with internet connection at least 25 mbps. Also have a back-up internet connection. For temporary work-from-home set-up.
Remote (Temporary WFH)
Work Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST, Monday to Friday
(8:30 PM to 5:30 AM Philippine time)

Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
