Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter manages the entire recruitment lifecycle to attract, hire, and retain top talent for the organization. This role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any related course
Preferably with at least 6 months to a year of experience in end-to-end recruitment
Experienced in using Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Proficient in using recruitment software, social media platforms, and other sourcing tools to indentify and engage potential talents
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish working relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Can analyze data and metrics to drive recruitment strategies
Ensuring accuracy in job descriptions, candidate evaluations, and documentations
Ability to negotiate job offers and other employment terms effectively
Handle tasks in timely manner and manage time effectively to meet recruitment goals
With certifications related to Human Resource is an advantage

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
