Job Summary:
As the Sales Manager of The Mercantile Insurance Co., Inc. you will lead and optimize our sales support processes and strategies. You will be responsible in enhancing efficiency of our sales support team, ensuring seamless collaboration between marketing and sales, and implementing data-driven initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year Business Administration course
• With proven excellent track of experience in a non-life insurance company
• Attend various seminars/trainings related in the field
• Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Excellent at navigating Microsoft applications

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
