Job Description

【Job Title】：Supervisor - Operations
【Job Description】：
1、Oversee daily operations of the team, ensuring efficiency and productivity meet company standards.
2、Manage and develop team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to enhance their skills and job performance.
3、Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes, resolve issues, and improve overall operational effectiveness.
4、Monitor KPIs and metrics to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.
5、Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
6、Act as a liaison between the team and upper management, communicating updates, concerns, and recommendations.

Job Requirements

1、Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2、Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
3、Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a diverse team.
4、Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.
5、Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and convey complex information.
6、Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and ability to implement changes for increased efficiency.
7、Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory frameworks applicable to the specific operation
