Job Description

1、Manage and oversee daily operations of the Lazada Hub, ensuring smooth logistics and warehouse processes.
2、Develop and implement efficient operational procedures to enhance productivity and minimize errors.
3、Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of goods, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
4、Supervise and train hub staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting continuous improvement.
5、Monitor KPIs, analyze operational data, and identify areas for optimization to drive efficiency and cost savings.
6、Handle inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and preventing stock discrepancies.
7、Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards within the hub.
8、Crisis management, promptly resolving any issues that arise and implementing preventive measures.

Job Requirements

1、Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2、Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
3、Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
4、Effective leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a team.
5、Proficient in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
6、Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges.
7、Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to coordinate with various stakeholders.
8、Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
