We seek an experienced and dynamic human resources supervisor to join our team at BGC, Philippines. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The HR supervisor will play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment while supporting the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and recommend effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide hiring advice and support.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts promptly and confidentially.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, offering coaching and feedback.
- Identify training needs, coordinate programs, and facilitate workshops on HR-related topics.
- Support employee development initiatives for continuous growth.
- Oversee and manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance. - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, staying updated on changes.
- Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-At least 8-10 years of total experience in Human Resources with at least 5 years of people management.
- Must have a good knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, C&B and ER.
- Must have an experience handling at least 500 FTEs
- Must be coming from big companies and not a Job Hopper.
- Experience in e-commerce、 games related industries is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
