Job Title: Human Resources Intern
Location: Antipolo City (East Gate Business Center
Duration: 300 hours
Job Summary:
As an HR Intern, you will support the Human Resources department in various tasks and projects aimed at enhancing our employee experience and organizational effectiveness. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HR field and learn about various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation.
Participate in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
Conduct research on best practices in HR and assist with policy development.
Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist in data entry and management of HR databases.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
