Customer Service Representative (Chat Support)

Responsibilities:
- Monitor chat and email support channels for customer requests
- Respond to customer requests with an understanding of the product
- Escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain an understanding of the customer journey
- Provide a high level of customer service by proactively engaging customers on the site.
- Excellent English written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle several customers simultaneously during a fast-paced day.
- Willing to handle non-voice account (chat and email)
- Open to fresh graduates or atleast 6 months BPO experience
- Can start ASAP
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
Pay: Php22,000.00 per month
