Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing mechanical services in buildings, coordinating with various stakeholders, and supporting project managers throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, Auto CAD, and the ability to manage projects from start to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & Development:

• Develop the design of building mechanical services (HVAC systems) from initial concept through to project completion.
• Ensure designs meet project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.

2. Stakeholder Coordination:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop detailed mechanical building service designs.
• Ensure proper integration of HVAC systems with other building services.

3. Project Meetings & Day-to-Day Requirements:

• Participate in design meetings to provide technical insights and address any project-specific needs.
• Oversee day-to-day project requirements, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

4. Procurement & Vendor Management:

• Assist project managers in procurement activities, including reviewing and assessing quotes, supplier fee proposals, and subcontractor submissions.
• Conduct technical evaluations of supplier and subcontractor bids.

5. Tendering & Cost Estimation:

• Prepare and submit cost estimations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project budgets.
• Review bid documents and tender submissions, providing detailed feedback and recommendations.

6. Auto CAD Drawings & Documentation:

• Draft and prepare detailed Auto CAD drawings for HVAC and other mechanical services.
• Ensure drawings and designs comply with project specifications and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in HVAC design engineering.
• Proficiency in Auto CAD and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and HVAC industry standards.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Can start immediately
• Willing to work onsite

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
