• Law Degree holder/Juris Doctor, Philippine Bar Exam Passer
• At least 2 years of experience as a corporate counsel
• With background in handling BP22, Estafa, Rehabilitation Cases, Liquidation, Insolvency, Tripartite Agreement, Extra-Judicial Foreclosure & Replevin Cases
• Strong and in-depth theoretical knowledge of Philippine Law, such as civil law, company/corporation law, labor law (having in-depth knowledge with financing/lending aspect is essential).
• Excellent legal drafting and writing skills; strong communication and negotiation skills
• With experience handling government regulatory compliance (SEC, BIR, Register of Deeds, Bureau of Immigration, etc.) corporate housekeeping, Corporate secretarial work, mergers acquisition, transactional law, and related practices.
