Role: Inbound Sales Representative
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Bonus: 5,000 Perfect Attendance
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 9PM to 6AM, Philippine time
Work Setup: Office-based

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Presenting and demonstrating products/services to potential affiliates.
Negotiating and closing sales deals.
Providing excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Reporting sales activities and results to the sales manager.

Required Experience:

Sales experience preferred.
The hunger & ability to learn on the job quickly required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Great Personality, Likeable, Self-Starter.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team if need be.
Working knowledge of marketing and sales is a plus.
Knowledge of customer service and order processing systems.
Strong Sales Background or Strong Ability to Sell.
Be able to multitask, follow the procedure and go with the flow. Innate ability to communicate & interpret human emotions & buying signals.
Some technical/computer knowledge is a must.
