Inside Sales Representative

Job Brief:
In this challenging role, the Inside Sales rep will sell the company’s solutions via phone, typically with limited travel. The candidate is expected to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve sales goals in creative and effective ways.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for lead generation through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
- Provide sales support for all new business development.
- Answer potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
- Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Close sales and achieve sales targets.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand pipeline.
- Perform effective demos about the features of our solutions to prospects as needed.
- Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities and staying informed about competing products and services.
- Accomplish department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Management, Computer Science/Information Technology, Mass Communications, or equivalent.
- Newly grads are welcome to apply.
- 1-3 Years related Inside Sales experience is an advantage.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills
- Strong listening and sales skills
- Ability to achieve targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willing to work in Makati City
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
