Inside Sales Caller (cold calling experience)

Our client is looking for a List Cleaner/Inside Sales Caller who will be responsible for properly cleaning and qualifying company contacts for the marketing team. This role will build and clean the existing list of prospects to hit your given quota every month.
WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Daylight Time (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Complete at least 5 focused block hours of dials to make a minimum of 100 dials per day (500 per week)
- Participate in weekly marketing meetings and daily huddles to report progress, provide input, report problems, and get help with challenges encountered
- Call the raw list to clean it. This will include making sure the correct contact name, address, phone number, approximate number of devices, and when possible, get the contact’s email address
- Track all activities accurately (calls, contacts cleaned, notes, and time entries.) and submit those in the sales playbook daily
- Use the CRM, appointment core, dialer, and other technologies correctly
- Complete all tasks set on time and as directed
- Follow the playbook and process, and offer suggestions on how to make it better
- Perform any other task assigned by management
- A Bachelor’s degree in the related field
- Experience in a multi-client environment
- Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
- Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
- Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
- Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
- Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
