ROLE SUMMARY
Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join their growth team. This role will support both the Director of Growth and the Head of Sales in enhancing operational efficiency and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for contributing to a collaborative team environment.
WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Handle the following project management support duties:
• Assist in managing content creation, newsletters, and always-on marketing initiatives
• Coordinate projects using tools like Hub Spot and Monday.com
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, and ensure projects stay on track
• Handle the following sales and marketing operations duties:
• Run regular reports, identify issues, and prepare materials for sales meetings
• Support data enrichment services and help implement new features in Hub Spot
• Assist in improving proposal documents and marketing collateral in collaboration with designers
• Handle the following administrative tasks:
• Coordinate with vendors and manage communication for tools like Panda Doc
• Help with social media activities, ensuring content is scheduled and published appropriately
• Document processes and maintain project checklists
• Handle the following collaboration and communication duties:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status and outcomes
• Participate in weekly sprint meetings to set priorities and discuss progress

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
• Familiarity with sales and marketing operations; experience with Hub Spot and Monday.com is a plus
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and content management
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking initiative to solve problems
