Artillery Philippines is a fast-growing startup art brand looking for an Intern with an allowance that will help assist in hosting the webinars/masterclasses for our local anime drawing, watercolor painting, and brush & nib calligraphy courses.
As an intern, you will assist in managing and maintaining our local courses by coordinating with the team, creating event pages and visuals, assisting and helping to host our webinars, and maintaining the trackers and other files related to our courses.

Work Schedule and Setup:

• Work from Home
• 2 days off: Days TBD
• Willing to work on Saturdays; flexible time on weekdays (as long as you can attend meetings, meet deadlines, and host/manage events for the day)
• Duration: 3 months

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Hosting and Supporting Live Events: You will host or assist in live events and webinars, offering extra help to interested leads. You'll ensure all necessary resources and materials are ready for them to use.
• Masterclass Tracker: You will update the masterclass trackers and send reports to the team.
• Other Admin and Lead Gen Tasks: Assist with any other administrative and lead generation tasks the team needs.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.
• Passion for art and creativity, enabling you to resonate with potential students.
• Stable internet connection
• Own desktop/laptop with at least 8GB RAM
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work remotely and maintain a disciplined work schedule.
• Willing to host Facebook Lives and Zoom Calls
• Confident and articulate public speaking skills
• Organized and able to multitask

Job Types: Temporary, OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Php45.00 - Php50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
