Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Monitors compliance to all departments policies and procedures for the consistent and effective implementation of QMS.
2. Maintains quality documentation, such as but not limited to reports, records, forms, procedures, and work instructions pursuant to relevant standards.
3. Collects and prepares initial analysis on the performance of the QMS, audit reports, corrective action report, service feedbacks, and key performance indicators.
4. Conducts series of follow-up for required documentation in QMS. Ensures the administration of QMS calendar of activities.
5. Updates the electronic archive for all relevant records, documents, and forms.
6. Prepares and assists for the external audits.
7. Ensures accurate, timely, and complete information as the basis of the reporting and monitoring.
8. Conducts different types of audits and its related documentation (i.e., internal quality audit, special audit, and supplier audit).
9. Supervises and coaches the internal quality auditors of the company.
10. Ensures compliance with data privacy and certification body’s reportorial requirements.
11. Performs delegated functions that will contribute to employee’s professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of bachelor’s degree in business related or equivalent.
2. Must have knowledge in ISO standards particularly ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
3. At least two (2) years relevant experience in quality system or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4. Proficient in Microsoft applications (i.e., Outlook, MS Teams, Excel).
5. Strong leadership skills, communication (written and verbal), management, and organizational skills.
6. Requires strong planning, analytical, communication, presentation, and writing skills.
