Qualifications:

• High School and Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply
• Must have 1 year BPO experience (preferably handled chat support).
• Good to excellent communication skills
• Amenable to work onsite in Gilmore, Quezon City.
• Can start as soon as possible.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers through chats.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Identifying any problems with the database and taking appropriate action in discussion with the direct superior.
