Job Qualifications:

• At least College level
• With or without BPO experience are welcome to apply.
• At least 6 months of Customer Service experience in any field or industry.
• Average to good communication skills
• Must be amenable to work onsite (Gilmore, Quezon City)
• Can start ASAP

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers through calls, emails and chats.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Identifying any problems with the database and taking appropriate action in discussion with the direct superior.
• May provide assistance and guidance to other data entry staff.
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Produce call reports or other necessary documentation pertaining to customers interaction.
