Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support to end-users, resolve IT issues, and ensure smooth operation of our IT systems. A strong understanding of Microsoft products, Intune, Active Directory (AD), and ticketing systems is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support to end-users, resolve IT issues, and ensure smooth operation of our IT systems. A strong understanding of Microsoft products, Intune, Active Directory (AD), and ticketing systems is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Offer first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Microsoft Products: Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office and other Microsoft applications.
- Intune Management: Help manage and support Microsoft Intune for device management, including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Active Directory (AD): Administer user accounts, manage permissions, and assist with Active Directory-related issues.
- Ticketing System: Manage and resolve support tickets using our ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues.
- Documentation: Document incidents, solutions, and procedures to enhance knowledge base and support continuous improvement.
- Experience: Prior experience in an IT support role, preferably with knowledge of Microsoft products, Intune, and Active Directory.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic networking concepts.
- Certifications: Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Comp TIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
