Responsibilities
Incident Management
- Receive and log incoming helpdesk tickets.
- Prioritize and categorize tickets based on urgency and impact.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network equipment.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to end-users.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.
- Assist users with software installations, updates, and configurations.
- Provide training and guidance on using company applications and systems.
- Answer user inquiries and questions related to IT policies and procedures.
- Manage the inventory of IT equipment.
- Coordinate the procurement and deployment of new hardware and software.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of workstations and peripherals.
- Promote security best practices among end-users.
- Assist with incident response and recovery efforts.
***JOB FIT (Required)***:
- Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays - as needed - to meet the demands of the department and our customers.
- Must have the flexibility to work overtime on short notice - as requested - by the management team.
- Must have a history of good attendance.
