Responsibilities
Incident Management

Receive and log incoming helpdesk tickets.
Prioritize and categorize tickets based on urgency and impact.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network equipment.
Provide remote and on-site technical support to end-users.
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.

User Support

Assist users with software installations, updates, and configurations.
Provide training and guidance on using company applications and systems.
Answer user inquiries and questions related to IT policies and procedures.

Hardware and Software Management

Manage the inventory of IT equipment.
Coordinate the procurement and deployment of new hardware and software.
Assist with the setup and configuration of workstations and peripherals.

Security Awareness

Promote security best practices among end-users.
Assist with incident response and recovery efforts.

***JOB FIT (Required)***:

Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays - as needed - to meet the demands of the department and our customers.
Must have the flexibility to work overtime on short notice - as requested - by the management team.
Must have a history of good attendance.
