We are actively looking to hire a qualified candidate to help growth and improve customer success. The Data Entry Specialist position is designed to help new and existing clients with producing seamless and professional customer service.
We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our expanding team. This position plays a vital role in keeping things running smoothly by giving essential administrative support and guaranteeing compliance through accurate data entry.
Requirements
Experience in data entry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and online forms.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
Responsibilities
-
Provide answers to standard questions from our Loaders via email and text
- Potential outbound calls necessary if requested
- Driver's License and Auto-Insurance - data entry for compliance
- Onboarding candidates - data entry from one system to another

Full-time position
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
- Schedule is subject to change
