Overview
The Real Time Adherence Specialist is responsible for monitoring the call traffic. Areas of focus include, but are not limited to real-time traffic monitoring, daily staffing requirements, service level, outliers, handle times, shrinkage, occupancy, and other call center metrics. Daily intra-departmental communication and relationship building are key aspects of this role.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Intraday adherence, respond to unplanned call, staffing, and handle time variances
2. Provide trend analysis and feedback to management team to improve call, handle time, and shrinkage
3. Provide back-up support for scheduling processes
4. Communicate daily with multiple lines of business to ensure active involvement in scheduling, tactical planning, and analysis activities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php22,500.00 per month
