Key Responsibilities:
Ø Design all operative and strategic projections of all customer care volumes for voice and non-voice communication channels and processes of the company
Ø Extracts information from various sources and rigorously inspecting data to ensure accuracy and compile the data in a useful format, and sharing thoughtful analysis to appropriate stake holders
Ø Identification of the requisite personnel requirement per channel
Ø Constantly monitoring and development of the forecasted short- and long-term projections under compliance of the defined KPIs
Ø Analyses and interpretation of all historical data and trends and business activities
Ø Create projections and analyses reports for the customer care success
Ø Constantly recommend cost-efficient utilization scenarios
Ø Design all required reports for the daily business and provide suggestions for necessary measures and optimizations
Qualifications:
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, & any relevant fields
Ø At least 2 years of experience in Workforce Scheduling
Ø Knowledge of Forecasting & Capacity Planning is strictly REQUIRED
Ø Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g Formulas, Pivots, & etc.)
Ø Excellent Communication Skills
